All orders will be dispatched the same day once the order confirmation is received before 2pm. We can deliver to your home or work address either by courier or postal service. Delivery cost will be calculated at checkout.
Click and Collect Service instore:
We are happy to offer a free collection service from our store during opening hours. Once you order has been paid for and is ready to go you will notify you. Please bring your order confirmation either printed or in digital form along with a form of identification.
At Hore’s Stores we wish to make shopping online as seamless as our instore experience. If you are unhappy with you purchase or it doesn’t fit, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund on items purchased online and returned within 14 days from the date you received you items.
Please note to qualify for a refund or exchange products must be returned in the condition they were received, unused or unworn with all tags attached in their original packaging.
Please note we do not offer free returns. You will need to pay the postage cost on your return unless the item is faulty. We recommend you register the parcel and get proof of postage. The parcel is your responsibility until we receive it.
Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.

Please complete and include the returns form along with the parcel to ensure we have the correct information and can process your return as soon as possible.
Once the parcel has been received and items inspected, we will notify you and issue your refund. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible but please be aware it can take up to 10 days.
You can also return your purchase instore. Please bring your purchase instore and a member of our team can process your return. An email will be sent to notify you when approved and refunded.
We are happy to exchange products for the same product in a different size if available, pending the product being returned as above. Please email us beforehand and we can get in contact and advise.
